ST. ANTHONY MARATHON 2010
23RD OF APRIL TO 25TH OF APRIL 2010
St.Anthony Marathon will be a 3 days long event!
Since Friday April 23rd the marathon expo will be open to public in the marvellous scenery of Prato della Valle for the hand out of bib numbers and race bags. At the same time in the same venue a lot of events will take place like the “padovapedala” and the “baby padovapedala”; a bicycle tour along the most pictoresque sites of the city and a huge food stand will be available all weekend long.
Saturday April 24th will be the day of the olimpic rely with start at the church of St.Anthony and arrival in Vedelago (marathon start town); at 7.00 p.m. the traditional welcome and Holy Mess.
Sunday April 25th, besides the 42kms marathon the square will be filled by the friendship races, the 4 non competitive races that every year call thousands of people out in the open air.
